Let's take a short virtual tour of the property and beach. Later, we can view several apartments. As you drive up to the property, the entrance will be on your left. On your right, is the beach and we'll view that shortly. As you proceed down the driveway on your way to register at the office, look off to the right and see the koi ponds and fountains. Drive up, park and register at the front desk. See if Aunty is at her desk and after you have registered, talk to her about all the exciting things to do and see.

Kamaole Sands is an affordable, luxury, resort condominium complex situated on approximately 15 acres of land. The buildings surround the beautiful landscaped center courtyard and pool. As you walk through the center courtyard, take your time to view the beautiful landscaping made up of Bougainvillea and other tropical flowers. Follow the walkway which leads to the pool area, and as you walk through the gardens, you will see the waterfalls. Stop and make a wish, then continue on. The pool area consists of a large swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzis and a wading pool for the young ones. As you head back toward the office, you can see Kamaole Beach III. Let's take a walk over to the beach.

The park at the beach is one of the finest on the island of Maui. If you go on the weekend, better get there early as the "locals" gather for their luaus and lots of families crowd into the park. The beaches at Kihei are relatively calm most of the year and offer fantastic snorkeling and sunbathing. In addition, there are plenty of open areas for sports or sunbathing and plenty of picnic tables and grills for dining. In the evenings, many people gather at the beach to view the beautiful sunsets. This is a common occurrence on the west side of Maui.

Apartments at Kamaole Sands are one, two or three bedroom units; all have two bathrooms. Many have been upgraded by their owners and as a result, don't look like the normal views most commonly seen at rental agent sites.
